For the model:
You will learn about using your body consciously, working with breath, and finding calmness in the exchange. We believe the model is an equally active part of tying - and not a passive bystander.
Goals:
A solid foundation on which to make safe(r), beautiful and intimate ties - both on the floor and in the air.
The course is made up of 3 modules (A, B and C)
Each module takes one day - so you can choose the tempo that best matches with you
There are no requirements as to whether you take the courses immediately after each other, or with a fixed gap.
You can take the classes when they fit with you, your calendar, your body and your development.
