Take your first steps into the world of rope!
Hosted by experienced instructors and models - take part in this course which covers foundational theory, safety and etiquette - along with the most fundamental ties. It is a perfect start for all body types and all levels of curiosity.
Description:
This course provides participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to begin their journeys in rope. It is suitable for absolute beginners and includes both soft skills such as safety, theory and consent - and long with basic techniques and ties - including single- and double-column ties, leg ties, body ties and an introduction to gote.
Pre-requisites: None
It is however expected that you are aware of you and your partner's boundaries, preferences and limits, and that you can communicate clearly and safely. Curiosity, consent and respect are a red-thread throughout the learning process.

Teaching format
We begin each tie with a demonstration where we also show variations that can be used to suit all comfort and experience levels.
Each demonstration will include open options so you can add your own interpretation and develop the tie in line with your own boundaries, intentions and preferences.
During the practical sessions we will help you to find alternative solutions where needed - we will guide and support you the whole way.
